Your Professor will group you in teams of two. Using the Ethics and Public Health Model Curriculum found in Course Documents, read Modules 1-4. Then, agree on an ethics issue from one of the Case Studies in Modules 5-9. Work as a team to create a paper that: The Ethics issue we chose is “Mandatory Childhood Vaccinations.”
- Discusses how the legal standards of health care practice come into play (see Module 1, p. 13); and
- Describes how interdisciplinary collaboration can be achieved through leadership and community stewardship to address this ethical issue (see Module 4, p. 103).
