an International Business School wishes to celebrate the end of the academic year with a one-day charity fundraising event. The event will take place in June 2019 and the aim is to raise at least £2019. You are appointed as the project manager for this event and have been asked to present a comprehensive Project Plan during the first week of May.

Submit a Project Plan (approx. 2000 words) which will cover all areas of the project, including Project Overview, Risk Assessment, Project Schedule, Project Budget and Project Communications.
